Our product ARENDAR is not affected by the zero-day vulnerability in Log4j
ARENDAR – product photo
The software of the ARENDAR is developed on the basis of an SDLC (Secure Development Life Cicle).
One of the fundamental architectural decisions was not to use any interpreter languages in the backend of the ARENDAR and to only run compiled code on the device.
No JAVA, no JAVA security vulnerability.
We also use programme code from libraries such as the Log4xx from “Apache logging services”, but these are heavily modified and thoughtfully adapted to our needs and application in advance.
The tests we have carried out have confirmed that ARENDAR is not affected by the zero-day gap.
