Mainz, 09.2021. The Investitions- und Strukturbank Rheinland-Pfalz (ISB) is investing in Arendar IT-Security GmbH from Wittlich via its subsidiaries, the Wagnisfinanzierungsgesellschaft für Technologieförderung in Rheinland-Pfalz mbH (WFT), using funds from the Innovationsfonds Rheinland-Pfalz II. The Rhineland-Palatinate Innovation Fund II is a funding measure of the Rhineland-Palatinate Ministry of Economics, Transport, Agriculture and Viticulture.
The fund is co-financed by the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
The company, founded in 2019, provides cyber security in production and trouble-free secure networking with the ARENDAR. The ARENDAR is an innovative data collector for Industry 4.0 applications with a focus on the security of data and the production network with options for pre-processing data and secure remote access to plant components.
